I swear this post is blessed or something because I said “I want a reason to go somewhere” while looking at this post and then pretty much just after, my mother asked me to go to the store to get some eggs since I used the last 2
i use ffxiv as a way to prevent myself from getting burnt out on warcraft. mythic raiding is a lot of grinding, so it’s a nice escape for me.
I’ve recently been getting overwhelmed with the amount to do in WoW since I just started playing in November. Have so much to catch up on. Might download FF tomorrow tho!

Hey that’s pretty cool to hear! I hope you have a lot of fun. Honestly social interaction in MMOs is pretty difficult if you don’t have someone to help you into it. You could meet some cool people while leveling but most are content to stay quiet because it’s sadly just a rush to max level for most. I just mainly enjoy max level because it lets me do more things for fun, like a lot of the posts you see, but back in the day I’d goof off at low levels all the time. Just take the game at your pace and I promise you’ll have a good time.
Also trade chat is usually cancer but it could just be my realm is too old for its own good so just be careful in cities.
Thanks for the advice! A lot of things I’m reading online say to say hi to everyone and talk about doing groups and parties for dungeons. Mostly I imagine I’ll do quests I can do solo and just mind my own business and have fun! Thanks!
Hey, remember when I said I’d do a 1000 follower giveaway? Neither do I.
First of all, I’d like to say a big “thank you” to all of my followers. Without you, this all wouldn’t be possible. It really means a lot to me to be able to go online and “create” such “quality” “content”
for such a large audience! It’s just such a weird feeling… there are more of you than there are people who live in my home town! So again, thank you all so much!
But, enough of me blabbing. You want to see prizes. Okay, I get that. Over the course of the past year, I’ve gone out and found cool foil versions of cards with flavour texts that I really like. Six of them in total: one for each colour and one colourless. Without further ado, here is what I’m drawing for:

Nobody else talks about (or has even heard of) this card, but darn it, I like it. The name is funny, and I think we can all imagine the monotone voice this guy is speaking in.
2. Archivist
Some do. Some teach. The rest look it up.

3. Raging Goblin
He raged at the world, at his family, at his life. But mostly he just raged.
This is just some classic Goblin text right here. This little fella sits proudly at or near the top of many favourite flavour text lists. I even found a weird old-bordered version from 7th edition.
4. Gorilla Titan
“I want a banana this big!”
Don’t we all, though?
Now at this point, you’re probably saying “Gee Mr. DailyMtGFlavorText, why are you trying to pawn all these trash cards off on us? I don’t want this!”
Quiet, you. The best stuff is still to come.
5. Expedition Map

I’ve always liked this one, just for the sheer sense of adventure it drums up. Anyway, here we have a card that’s actually very useable, and is the perfect addition for any EDH deck that uses cool lands.
And, of course, if you’ve followed this blog for a while you can probably see this last one coming.
6. Death’s Shadow
The shadow of the candle looms tall even as its light grows dim.
The ominous text on this card is my absolute favourite. This is a legitimate foil Worldwake Death’s Shadow up for grabs. Coincidentally, this is also an extremely popular card in Modern right now. Why not make a deck? Or, maybe spice up an existing deck with a sick foil?
